There are numerous Whole Foods stores around London, and I often visit the one in Fulham for all the healthy ingredients that I can’t find in other chain supermarkets. But there is so much more to the shop than just the natural and organic produce, it also has one of the best healthy buffets that I’ve ever been to!
Whole Foods is one of my go-to places for lunch or dinner, and with a variety of locations spread all around London (their biggest store being in Kensington), you are never too far away from a quick yet healthy bite to eat.
There is a fantastic array of both hot and cold dishes, as well as a fresh sushi and mexican food stand. The first time I went I had fresh roasted vegetables, courgetti (spiralized zucchini/courgette), edamame bean brown rice, cranberry buttnernut squash and a fragrant lentil curry. Each dish was delicious, and the variety of food on offer in the buffet means that you can mix it up every time and you’ll never get bored.
Another one of the reasons that I love Whole Foods is because there really is something for everyone! This makes it the perfect choice if you are eating out with someone who doesn’t necessarily eat the same way as you do, since you are both guaranteed to find something that you will love.
